1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Health Guide India (“HGI”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of HGI
HGI is a healthcare navigation, coordination and digital workflow platform. HGI may assist with healthcare requests, specialist or provider navigation, appointments, second-opinion coordination, documents, referrals, home-care coordination, follow-up and related administrative support.
3. Not an emergency service
HGI is not an emergency medical service. Do not use HGI when immediate emergency assessment or treatment may be required. Contact the appropriate emergency service or nearest emergency facility.
4. Medical information and professional judgment
General information, navigation support or administrative coordination provided by HGI does not by itself constitute diagnosis or treatment and should not replace examination or independent clinical judgment by a qualified healthcare professional. Doctors and healthcare organizations remain responsible for their own professional decisions and services.
5. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and email access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. An HGI account may manage authorized family patient profiles; the account holder is responsible for having appropriate authority to do so.
6. Medical documents and submitted information
Users are responsible for ensuring information and documents submitted to HGI are accurate to the best of their knowledge, relevant to the requested service and lawfully provided. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious or unrelated material.
7. Provider and partner relationships
Hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, home-healthcare organizations and other partners may be independent entities. Listing, referral, coordination or communication through HGI does not guarantee availability, outcome, suitability, accreditation, pricing, insurance coverage or a particular clinical result.
8. Appointments, pricing and payments
Appointment availability, service prices, estimates, invoices, cancellation terms, refunds and payment conditions may depend on the specific service or provider. Where HGI issues an estimate or invoice, applicable service-specific terms will supplement these Terms.
9. Partner enrolment
Submitting a public partner-enrolment request is an expression of interest only. It does not create an HGI partnership, provider status, endorsement, empanelment or portal access until HGI completes its review and expressly activates the relationship.
10. Prohibited use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access; misuse patient information; impersonate others; upload malware; disrupt the service; scrape protected information; circumvent access controls; use HGI for unlawful purposes; or interfere with the rights, privacy or safety of others.
11. Intellectual property
HGI branding, software, interface, original content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Infowin Digicare Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership to users.
12. Service availability and changes
HGI may update, suspend, restrict or modify parts of the platform for maintenance, security, legal compliance, service improvement or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HGI and Infowin Digicare Pvt Ltd are not responsible for losses resulting solely from independent healthcare-provider decisions, inaccurate user-submitted information, events outside reasonable control, unauthorized user disclosure of credentials, or third-party systems beyond HGI’s control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the HGI Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
